I’ll be in Hockessin, DE leading a FREE Laughter Yoga session for my niece’s Girl Scout troop!!  The general public is invited to join us as well. Come experience all the wonderful healthy and healing benefits of laughter and deep breathing, playfulness and connection along with this fantastic group of girls. They’re using this session to learn about health and well-being as part of earning a new badge. How cool is that?!

There is no comedy involved and you do not need to be flexible or funny. You can fully participate from a chair as well.

Please bring a bottle of water, a beach towel/yoga mat (or use one of our chairs), and a willingness to have fun.

We’ll begin promptly at 10:30am

ABOUT LAUGHTER YOGA

Laughter yoga is healing for body, mind, and spirit. It does not involve yoga poses; it’s the yoga of breath and moving energy. The “yoga” aspect of it is the mindfulness and deep breathing exercises we incorporate. Laughing for wellness promotes healing and having fun through simple movements, lots of laughter, playful activity and breathing exercises. It’s very simple, so it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair.

It’s excellent for boosting your energy, creating a positive outlook, reducing stress, as well as relieving mild pain, anxiety and depression.
