De-stress, get energized, and boost your JOY! Join us for this uplifting class, with a fantastic laughter community, at a lovely yoga studio in Cherry Hill. This class typically repeats on the 3rd Friday of every month. However, for the month of September, class will be on the 4th Friday instead. We’ll see you on 9/22!!

Laughter yoga is healing for body, mind, and spirit. It does not involve yoga poses; it’s the yoga of breath and moving energy. The “yoga” aspect of it is the mindfulness and deep breathing exercises we incorporate. Laughing for wellness promotes healing and having fun through simple movements, lots of laughter, playful activity and breathing exercises. It’s very simple, so it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair.
