What is Laughter Wellness?

Laughter Wellness is a whole body, well-being workout based on laughter yoga. It is not yoga poses. It’s the yoga of breath and moving energy. It promotes healing and having fun through simple movements, laughter, deep breathing exercises and mindfulness. It’s very simple, so it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair.

Laughter Wellness is simple yet profound. It’s joyful and healthy exercise that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. It’s the most unique, engaging, uplifting, stress-relieving  and fun exercise activity in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area!

It is not comedy. You don’t need to be flexible or funny! Come experience the wonderful benefits!
