Are you interested in bringing more joy and vitality to your life? Are you looking for a fun, uplifting way to relieve stress and anxiety while getting a cardio workout at the same time? Join us for Laughter Yoga!

Laughter Yoga is a whole body, well-being workout; it’s joyful and healthy exercise that combines unconditional laughter with deep breathing exercises and light movement. There are no actual yoga poses involved. The “yoga” aspect is the breathing and mindfulness exercises we do. This series is a wonderful opportunity to experience, practice and reinforce stress-reducing, joy-boosting techniques that you can utilize in everyday life.

Laughter Yoga is available to everybody; you can even participate in a chair!
It is not comedy. You don’t need to be flexible or funny.
